Turn Around
Photos and/or 3D Tours are delivered the morning following the shoot.
Cancellation Policy: If a shoot is cancelled/postponed with 24 hours of the scheduled appointment the fee will be $150.

Oscar and me
I am a professional photographer who has been photographing homes on the market, in the Greater Portland area since 2008.
I love what I do. One could say it's an obsession!
Whether the home is listed at $200,000 or $2,000,000, I strive to make it look the best it can!
WHY THE NAME WAVE5?
Wave5 came from the Tri For A Cure, a woman's triathlon held annually in Maine. The first year of the triathlon was also the first year I began shooting homes on the market. I was new to triathalons and was clueless on the day of the event. I didn't know which group (aka wave) I was supposed to be in. My friend said "You are Wave 5." It stuck with me. The following year, I participated in the tri again. I was still photographing homes and decided to donate my proceeds to the fundraising monies needed in order to participate. At that time, my business was growing and I needed a name. I thought it would be fitting to incorporate the two: photography and the tri. Hence, Wave5 Productions! :)
